Shot Girls for Bars, Nightclubs and Events
Extra sales from guests who never make it to the bar.
Our shot girls work the floor of your bar or nightclub, selling shots straight to guests instead of waiting for them to queue at the bar.
It is the model we built in the UK, where our teams work in bars, clubs and events every weekend, now coming to the US.
How It Works
We supply trained shot girls on your busiest nights. They sell on the floor, away from the bar, so you get extra sales rather than the same sales moved around.
- Trained, presentable shot girls on your busiest nights
- Floor sales away from the bar line
- Nightly sales reporting
Why Floor Sales Work
On a busy night your highest-spending guests are the ones who never make it to the bar. They are in a booth, on the dance floor, or looking at a queue they have no intention of joining. Those drinks never get bought.
A shot girl takes the bar to them. The sale happens where the guest already is, which is why it shows up as extra revenue rather than the same revenue moved around the room.
Who We Send
Shot girls are recruited for sales ability first, then trained before their first shift: how to approach a table, how to read a room, how to handle a no, and responsible alcohol service.
They arrive presentable, on time and briefed on your venue. If someone is not right for your floor, we replace them.
