Shot Girls
You work the floor of a bar or nightclub on its busiest nights, selling shots to guests who never make it to the bar. You are not behind the bar and you are not handing out flyers. You sell, and you earn on what you sell.
What you will be doing
- •Selling shots on the floor: tables, booths and groups, rather than waiting to be approached
- •Carrying and restocking your own tray or holster through the night
- •Reading the room and knowing when a table is worth a second visit
- •Logging what you sold at the end of every shift
- •Keeping it professional on a party floor, and representing the venue properly
What we are looking for
- •Confident with strangers and happy to start the conversation
- •Sales-driven, because what you earn is tied to what you sell
- •Energy that lasts a full shift, not just the first hour
- •Reliable: you turn up for the shifts you accept
- •Old enough to sell alcohol in your state, which we confirm when you apply
- •No experience needed. We train you before your first shift

Bottle Service
Table and VIP service in premium clubs. You look after booked tables from arrival to last call, run the bottle moments, and keep the guests who spend the most feeling looked after all night.
What you will be doing
- •Hosting booked VIP tables and keeping them looked after from arrival to close
- •Presenting and serving bottles, running bottle parades and sparkler moments
- •Reading the table and offering the next bottle at the right moment
- •Looking after birthdays, bachelorette parties and corporate tables
- •Keeping your section stocked, tidy and running smoothly
What we are looking for
- •Presentable and composed in a busy VIP room
- •Good with high-spending guests and able to hold a conversation
- •Able to upsell without being pushy
- •Steady under pressure when the room is full and everyone wants you at once
- •Old enough to serve alcohol in your state, which we confirm when you apply
- •Hospitality or VIP experience helps, but it is not required

Brand Ambassadors
Paid work repping drinks brands in bars, liquor stores, at festivals and at trade shows. You are trained on the product so you can sell it, not just stand next to it. Campaign based, so the work comes in blocks rather than every week.
What you will be doing
- •Representing a brand on-premise in bars and clubs, off-premise in stores, or at festivals and trade shows
- •Sampling or selling, depending on what the campaign is for
- •Learning the brand story and the serve so you can answer questions properly
- •Setting up and packing down branded stands and displays
- •Recording what went out and what guests said, and sending it back to us
What we are looking for
- •Outgoing, and able to start conversations with strangers all day
- •Comfortable learning product detail and repeating it accurately
- •Presentable in brand kit and happy to be photographed at work
- •Available for campaign blocks and for daytime work, not only nightlife hours
- •Own transport helps for in-store and festival work
- •Old enough to sell or sample alcohol in your state where the campaign involves alcohol

Where are you hiring?
We take applications from anywhere in the US. Right now we are actively hiring in Florida, starting with Miami. If you are somewhere else, apply anyway and we will come back to you when we open in your city or when a campaign runs near you.
Do I need experience?
No. We hire on sales ability and attitude, then train you before your first shift. Plenty of our best sellers had never worked in a venue before.
How old do I have to be?
Old enough to sell alcohol in your state, and that is not the same everywhere in the US. We confirm it with you when you apply.
How much can I earn?
It depends on the role, the venue and the night, so we will not put a number on a web page. We go through real figures for the work you are applying for at interview.
Is this employment or contract work?
Our sellers work as independent contractors, and we go through exactly what that means before you start.
